2012 - BUSINESS EXPANSION

(2) Merger & Acquisition (M & A) is an important method to expand over borders - particularly this year! However, many such projects do not meet planned expectations; problem has been lack of experience. Solution; RMC uses an advanced management method, proven in the sector of communication, with positive results. Also, the RMC business contact network throughout Europe, is important to identify the appropriate partner. Today, there are many very creative European technology companies, that could make effective partners.
(3) Specific Major Project in Europe e.g. 'Urban Congestion Solutions', identified at the recent 'Intelligent Cities Conference' in Hamburg; represents one major opportunity, for Europe, as a whole. If one city proceeds in Germany, others could follow in time - to solve many problems. RMC could provide overall management support on such a project, based on advanced satellite systems projects in the Netherlands. This could open up Europe, for other such projects!
(4) Alternate Company Choice.
Richmond Management Consulting (RMC), based on management experience gained in Canada, the U.S., and latterly, throughout Europe & the U.K., would work with your Company on an agreed basis, to achieve the business objectives. ITS TRANSPORTATION:
RSML, as an ITS Transportation consultant, works with the traffic management team, to determine the optimum solution to reduce urban traffic congestion. Typically, initial discussions are with the Mayor, to understand the public transit system, & of future plans for the city.
