• Initial Test

  With preliminary decision on the urban system, a test run is made to ensure the suitability of the system for the city or town (accuracy etc.) RSML, with the traffic dept., would estimate the total project cost.

• Discussion

  with the Mayor, & senior transport staff, on all political & financial issues – to ensure an informed press! This function may be item 1. ! Proceed with present system tested (or new system if necessary).
